From bit geometry and cut to laser logo engraving and retail-ready packaging — WELISSA engineers and brands nail drill bits and abrasives across every product family, with a sample approved before any volume run.
Two ways to build your own nail-tool line on WELISSA's manufacturing base.
You define the bit shapes, cuts, branding and packaging; we engineer and produce them under your brand. Best when you already know the assortment you want to sell.
You bring the market and the look; we propose proven geometries, grits and kit compositions, then refine them with you. Best when you want speed to shelf without a full R&D team.
Every WELISSA product family can be taken into a custom program. Below is what is typically adjustable for each — confirmed in writing during the project.

The most customizable family. We adjust head shape and flute pattern to your market, then laser your logo straight onto the steel shank.
Spec sheet: Carbide Bits

Used for the finest cuticle and surface work. We vary the head shape, diamond grit and coating to match your price tier and use case.
Spec sheet: Diamond Burs

The heat-sensitive, beginner-safe option. We tune the safety-bit profile and grit, and add your branding for trainee and salon lines.
Spec sheet: Ceramic Bits

High-volume consumables. We produce bands in your grit range and color, sized to fit standard 3/32″ mandrels, bulk or boxed.
Spec sheet: Sanding Bands

For surface prep and refinement. We set the disc diameter, arbor-hole size and adhesive backing to your handpiece and market.
Spec sheet: Sanding Discs

The finish step. We vary the buffing material and shape, and bundle them into branded polishing sets for retail.
Spec sheet: Polishing Tools

The fastest route to shelf. We assemble your chosen bits, bands and tools into 5 / 7 / 10-in-1 kits with branded boxes and inserts.

The detail that makes it truly your brand: a permanent laser mark on the steel shank, plus printed packaging.
Retail-ready presentation built around your assortment — from a single branded box to a full kit program.

Your bits and abrasives go into packaging that carries your brand, not ours — so the end customer meets your name first.
Approved samples become the production standard. Every batch is checked before it is packed and shipped.
The signed-off sample is the reference. Production is measured against it so what you approved is what arrives.
A structured path from first inquiry to shipped, branded goods. Every step is confirmed in writing before we move to the next.
You share your target market, intended bit shapes, cuts/grits, shank size, coating preference and estimated volume. The more specific, the faster we can scope.
We review your spec against our carbide grades and tooling, then return a feasibility summary: which shapes, cuts and decorations are supported, and any constraints (tolerance, minimum wall, etc.).
A formal quotation based on the confirmed specification, decoration, packaging and volume — including unit price, tooling/engraving setup fee (if any) and estimated lead time.
Proto samples are produced for your review. This is where the logo engraving proof is first shown — you approve the bit shape, cut, finish and engraved logo before anything goes to volume.
Your logo is fiber-laser engraved directly onto the carbide shank — a permanent mark that will not peel or fade like a sticker. Packaging is printed with your brand at the same time.
Approved samples become the production standard. Carbide blanks go through CNC flute grinding, heat treatment and engraving, then pass QC before packing.
Bits are assembled into your branded packaging: individual boxes or retail blister packs, with color-ring grit coding and custom kit sets built to your assortment.
Once the schedule is set, we produce to the signed-off sample, run final QC, and ship under agreed terms. You receive an inspection summary before dispatch.
Typical dimensions we can discuss for your project, by product family. Each item is confirmed in writing during the project.

What stays constant across every custom project we run.
Bits, burs, ceramics, abrasives and kits from one manufacturing base — one supplier for your whole private-label range.
Nothing goes to volume until you sign off the first article, including the logo engraving proof. What you approve is what ships.
Fiber-laser engraving on the steel shank — not a sticker that peels. Packaging prints to your artwork at the same time.
Dimension, balance, cut and engraving checks per batch, with an AQL inspection report before dispatch.
